If needed you are allowed to return products for fourteen (14) days from delivery based on the law of consumer protection and since the reception of the delivery. Swaping products is free of charge.
Pack unused and marketable products with care and moisture resistance.
Delivery lead time
Normal delivery time is 2-6 days. On rush seasons it might take slightly longer. Besign OY (Blaa & Ballot brands) deserves the right of not to ship products that are available in webstore but not in stock because of overbooking or some similar reason.
Return must be done in 14 days since receiving the delivery. Please carefully fill the return slip you will find from the shipment. Pack all non-used and goods in sales condition carefully and moisture protected. Also insert the return slip inside the package.
Return by using the return label. Place the slip on top of the package and leave it to the pick-up point. Make sure your return package is carefully packed.
Return of defected products
All returns must be agreed with the seller beforehand. Time to place the claim is 14 days from the reception of the goods. We are available to reach by email email@example.com. Defected product is only switched to same new product. Seller is not responsible to pay return costs unless the return is agreed beforehand.
Goods damaged in delivery
Please check the condition of your parcel immediatelly when receiving it.
Immediatelly when receiving please make personnel aware of the damages.
