If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return it within two weeks (14 days) and get your money back. Please note that we do not offer free delivery for returns. You can return the product using your preferred delivery method covering the cost yourself. It is your responsibility to make sure that we will receive the items within 14 days. Once we have received the product, you will get your money back.
Please carefully fill the return sheet that you received with the products and place it in the same package with the products you are returning.

Returning a faulty product
All returns must be agreed upon with the seller beforehand. The deadline for all claims is 14 days from receipt. The best way to reach us is by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Faulty products will be replaced only with a similar new item. The seller will not cover the delivery costs, unless the return has been agreed upon with the seller beforehand.
Please visually check the condition of the parcel directly upon receiving the parcel from the pick-up location.
Give notice of potential defects directly upon receipt.
If the contents of the parcel have been damaged or are otherwise faulty, please contact us: email@example.com. We will only replace a faulty product with a similar new product or with a new item of the same value.
